Robotas Material Manager software simplifies the preparation of material kits. The system can be located in the stores area or preparation area. Bill of material data is used to produce a workstation material kit, for individual cells or a complete flow line. An automated loading system guarantees that the correct material is placed in the correct dispenser tray location. The completed kits are then linked to works orders for automatic loading at assembly stations. This system guarantees that only a complete kit of the correct material is loaded into an assembly station.
