Mascot Benchtop Clinch system supplied with Laserhead + PCB Fixture, Clinch technology, once carousel, control box and footpedal, but supplied without a bench. The full system is painted inn ESD anti-static paint, and all elements are ESD.

Mascot Benchtop Clinch with 1off Carousels, consisting:

Precision Laserhead with height adjustable monitor mount and LED Operator Lighting incorporated.
X, Y, Z Clinch Mechanism underneath the PCB, to clinch component legs at angles between 35 to 85 degrees. Clinch direction can be set anywhere within 360 degrees.
ESD PCB fixture, with linch area of 450mm(w) x 305mm(d).
Camera mounted on X, Y, Z Mechanism to set the clinch mechanism and check component leg clinches.
22” LCD screen (pre-fitted to column).
ESD PCB/Pallet fixture, (Maximum PCB size 600mm x 500mm).
1x Motorised carousel with 5x ESD Ten Bin Trays (therefore 50 component storage bins).
Robotas System Control Hub with mains and DC power distribution.
Ergonomic Footpedal for stepping through Mascot assembly steps.
Joystick for Laser pointer programming.
Windows 10 Pro Pockit PC
USB Robotas Software License Key housed inside the Control Hub.
