Suitable for existing flowlines (either manual slide line or motorised conveyor) our Mascot Retrofit configuration allows Mascot elements (Laserhead, Carousels, DPL Arrays, Control Box) to be fixed to the production line.

  • Precision Laserhead with height adjustable monitor mount and LED Operator Lighting incorporated.
  • 19” LCDscreen (pre-fitted to column).
  • 1x Motorised carousel with 5x ESD Ten Bin Trays (capacity 50 component).
  • 1x Ergonomic articulated arm with full cable management, for mounting the carousel to the line.
  • Robotas System Control Hub with mains and DC power distribution.
  • Ergonomic Footpedal for stepping through Mascot assembly steps.
  • Joystick for Laser pointer programming.
  • Windows 10 Pro Pocket PC.
  • USB Robotas Software License Key housed inside the Control Hub.
