Mascot Pushtrack (Slideline) Clinch with 2off Carousels, consisting:

• Fixed Height ESD safe manual slide line workbench with a nominal working height of 950mm, with adjustment +/- 25mm.
• Join multiple Pushtrack benches together to form a flowline.
• Slide line rails can accommodate either bare PCBs or Solder Pallets. (Maximum PCB size 600mm x 500mm).
• X, Y, Z Clinch Mechanism underneath the PCB, to clinch component legs at angles between 35 to 85 degrees. Clinch direction can be set anywhere within 360 degrees.
• ESD PCB fixture, with a clinch area of 450mm(w) x 305mm(d).
• Camera mounted on X, Y, Z Mechanism to set the clinch mechanism and check component leg clinches.
• Precision Laserhead with height adjustable monitor mount and LED Operator Lighting incorporated.
• 22” Touchscreen monitor (pre-fitted to column).
• 2x motorised carousels, each with 5x ESD Ten Bin Trays (therefore 100 component storage bins).
• 2x Articulated Arms to support carousels, with full cable management.
• Robotas System Control Hub with mains and DC power distribution.
• Ergonomic Footpedal for stepping through Mascot assembly steps.
• Joystick for Laser pointer programming.
