Mascot Slideline system with 2off Carousels, consisting:

  • Electronic height adjustable ESD workbench
  • Working height range of 700mm to 1200mm.
  • Workbench has been designed for optimum picking ergonomics, with retractable keyboard tray and cable management built in.
  • Join multiple Pushtrack benches together to form a flowline.
  • Slide line rails can accommodate either bare PCBs or Solder Pallets. (Maximum PCB size 600mm x 500mm).
  • Precision Laserhead with height adjustable monitor mount and LED Operator Lighting incorporated.
  • Adjustable 19” LCD screen. (Pre-fitted to column).
  • Two motorised carousels, each with five ESD Ten Bin Trays (therefore 100 component storage bins).
  • Two Articulated Arms to support carousels, with full cable management.
  • Robotas System Control Hub with mains and DC power distribution.
  • Ergonomic Footpedal for stepping through Mascot assembly steps.
  • Joystick for Laser pointer programming.
  • Windows 10 Pro Pockit PC.
  • USB Robotas Software License Key housed inside the Control Hub.
